Please book your flights BEFORE registering for the conference.
On the registration page, click "National" and you will be prompted to share your travel information with us.

Registration costs include housing, t-shirt, and all meals
Additional costs: Please bring cash to pay for your travel meals for Friday and Sunday lunch. We will also have a book table.

Scholarships: We don't want anything to hinder you from joining us, if cost is an issue, apply for a scholarship using this form (for National students only, for Red River students, please contact your campus staff or Anjaly Antony)

Arrival
Plan to land at IAH Airport by 2pm on Friday January 24, it is a 2 hour drive from the airport to the campsite.

Departure
Plan to book departing flight from IAH flight after 5pm on Sunday January 26th
Please note, we will be arranging transportation from the airport to the campsite and back, have your flight information for when you will register so we can coordinate as best as possible.
