Please book your flights BEFORE registering for the conference.
On the registration page, click "National" and you will be prompted to share your travel information with us.
Work with your closest staff contact on how you will be traveling to the conference! If you are not traveling with an InterVarsity group, please email: sherin.eapen@intervarsity.org

Registration costs include housing, t-shirt, and all meals
Additional costs: Please bring cash to pay for your travel meals for Friday and Sunday lunch. We will also have a book table.
Travel: You can book flights on your own or with your InterVarsity Chapter. Please have these booked before registering so we can best accomodate your travel!
Scholarships: We don't want anything to hinder you from joining us, if cost is an issue, apply for a scholarship using this form (for National students only, for Red River students, please contact your campus staff or Anjaly Antony)

The bus will drop you off at DFW Airport on Sunday, January 25, it is a 2 hour drive from the airport to the campsite.

Weather in Davis, Oklahoma at the time of the conference will be between the 40’s to 30’s. We’d recommend packing warm clothes. Check up to date weather here: Weather
